So, now I’m fooling around with fondant. I bought some to do the birthday cake, and had plenty left over, but boy, that stuff is expensive considering it is just pliable, moldable sugar! So, I’ve purchased the essential ingredients and will make it myself from now on.
Seriously, this is fun. Fondant is like play-doh for grown ups. Plus, it’s far less salty and much more yummy than actual play-doh, so you can snack on your screw-ups!
