Welcome to Fill in the Blank, the Spring Break Edition…

Here in Pondunk, and in many towns in New Hampshire, we’re day five into the April Vacation week.  Despite that little tidbit, I managed to ship my kids out for two nights plan a lovely excursion wherein my cherubs visited their Auntie for a few days–and thusly pared down the amount of time that they were actually home.

Not to be unkind.  I love my little darlings.  But didn’t they just have February vacation?!?

So, with that in mind I invite you to fill in the blank…

You know it’s time for Spring Break to end when __________________.

 

For us, the answer is easy.

It’s time for Spring Break to end when the tin-foil hats come out.

I’m ready for Monday, folks…
