Welcome readers, old and new, to the official launch of the new and improved Just Margaret blog.

 

FIRST…

I’ve been blogging off and on for a long time now (ever since I gave up bulletin boards back in ’05).   I’m not good at categorizing myself, and if forced to, I use multiple categories because I just can’t decide.

I am many things:  woman, mother, feminist, lover, writer, friend, neighbor, wife, bleeding heart…but when you boil it all down, I really am

One other thing to know:  I am a confirmed uni-tasker;  I know that my brain can only truly focus on one thing at a time.  I don’t juggle.  I can’t.  Sometimes my blogging becomes one track if I’m stuck on a topic but I snap out of it pretty quickly (because I also tend toward a short attention span…)

Hence the tabs at the top of the blog page.  That way you decide what to read, and I’ll just sit back here quietly behind the curtain and keep writing.
